What's the Latest Wealthy Affiliate Experience? How About Turnkey Business Packages!

The Wealthy Affiliate experience continues to grow and improve. Turnkey business packages are the newest addition to the arsenal of tools offered by Wealthy Affiliate. These turnkey sites use the power of Wordpress, and are ready to go within a few minutes.  The other day on the site some of the guys were racing and had blogs set up in under a minute!  (I'm not quite that fast...LOL).  Before I proceed, I would like to let any newbies know a little about me.  I consider Wealthy Affiliate to be my  "home base." Most everything that I know about affiliate marketing I learned from there.  There are all kinds of tools and learning offered at Wealthy Affiliate, and anyone who is willing can learn to be an affiliate marketer. To say the least, my Wealthy Affiliate experience has been awesome.

Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, they introduced these turnkey business packages.  There are two types:  one is a pre-made customized site that you can use to promote Wealthy Affiliate.  The others are general WordPress blogs that come with all the pre-installed plug-ins you will need.  You simply select your template, and you’re ready to go. Free Hosting as Well! Now you will have to buy a domain and I suggest using www.GoDaddy.com.  They are very reasonable and offer discounts and deals quite often on their domains.

Not familiar with WordPress or turnkey business packages?  That’s ok, too. WordPress is one of the most powerful blogging systems you can use for making money online.  Google and all the search engines love them.  There are many new tutorials  that have been developed for using these blogs on Wealthy Affiliate.  Additionally, I talked with Kyle (co-owner) the other day and asked him to put a new forum category specifically dedicated to WordPress questions.  By the end of the day, the forum had a new category “Everything WordPress.” This is just a small part of the powerful Wealthy Affiliate experience:  being able to communicate with the owners about things of concern.  When I started with WordPress, I learned with this book and it is still one I recommend to anyone who is wanting to learn how to make niche websites.

Free Affiliate Marketing Resource: A New Free Internet Business Guide

I recommend an affiliate marketing resource or an internet business guide to anyone who is getting started with internet marketing.  I first want to say "sorry" to my loyal subscribers who have not heard from me in a while.  I have been busy (I know, no excuse) developing a new website and FREE course for those of you who need some direction in getting started working online.  This affiliate marketing resource is a step by step guide to earn money on the internet. 33 Days to Online Profits Review-Is This a Legitimate Online Business Opportunity?

I put together this 33 Days to Online Profits Review a few days ago as I was surfing around the web looking at things.  Yes, part of being an internet marketer is surfing around and looking at lots of "shiny" things.  LOL. Granted I can't do that all the time or I would never make any money, but anyways I found 33 Days to Online Profits and I found some very interesting things I would like to take a look at in this review.

Ok, so I went to the sales page and took a look at it, and started picking:

1.  33 days- I must point this out right now.  Numbers are aesthetically pleasing.  Marketing "gurus" will throw them at you because it's paints an image in your head.   It also creates a false expectation.  So this site says that if I give them 33 days, I'll be making real money online.   

2. Words like massive and powerful-Once again aesthetically pleasing.

3.  I can make start making sales the same day-As a matter of fact, it says that in 7 minutes I can be driving targeted traffic to my site.  It also says that I will do it with Adwords.  I don't have time to go into adwords right now, because it's a complicated, tricky little beast.  You can make money with it, but you have to know what you are doing. 


4. Now for a biggie!-This is one of the main reasons I decided to do this 33 Days to Profit Online Review.  It says on the top header that the system is new and updated for 2005.  This is 2010.  For those of you who are new to learning internet marketing and trying to find a legitimate online business opportunity, I want to let you in on a secret:  Internet Marketing is a constantly evolving business.  The material may have many points that are still valid today, but chances are it's out of date 5 years later.

Next, I did a little surfing around to see what the general population of internet marketers and such had to say about 33 Days to Online Profits.  Most of the reviews I did find were good, which given what I've seen, could mean that many marketers who are promoting are just making it sound good (just my opinion). The general consensus is that it helps to enhance the knowledge already known by internet marketers.  so If you are a beginner I would start a little lower on the scale. I would start with something that gives you the tools to learn, not tools to expand on what you already know. If you are looking to learn internet marketing, I suggest taking a look at Wealthy Affiliate or One Week Marketing.

Next, I headed over to the Better Business Bureau Online to see what I could find.  When I type in the url address with the better business bureau, I find that it does not recognize that URL.  I also try the company name and there are no results for that either.  Keep in mind, if sites are registered with the BBB, the company name will appear.  Sometimes they have not been assigned a grade yet, but this is because the BBB is researching the company.  In this case I tried several different avenues and no search results returned.

So what is my overall opinion in my 33 Days to Online Profits Review?

1.  In my opinion, very shady.  Like I said a site that throws a lot of numbers about what I can do or make in X amount of time I generally have a leery feeling about. 

2.  The product seems to be outdated.  A lot has happened with computers and internet marketing in the last 5 years.

3.  Product is not for beginners.  If you are new, and looking for a legitimate online business opportunity, this is not the one.

4.  Company nor site is registered with BBB.

An Online Internet Business Opportunity-Wealthy Affiliate is Going Up? WTF?

I have mainly discussed the online internet business opportunity, Wealthy Affiliate, in my writing thus far.  It's not that I don't use other programs, but as I have stated before, Wealthy Affiliate is my home base.  Soon enough I am going to venture out and start doing a weekly affiliate training program review. I plan to start that within the next two weeks, so watch out for James' hot affiliate training program reviews...LOL.  Oh wait!  Sorry, almost got on a soapbox, back to Wealthy Affiliate. 

Wealthy Affiliate has taught me many things about affiliate marketing, and the program is expanding.  It is my understanding that when the program started five years ago, it was nothing more than a 5 keyword lists a month for developing an online internet business opportunity and it was $29.99 a month.  A couple of years ago the price increased to $39 per month and $359 per year.

Like I said Wealthy Affiliate has grown significantly and can show anyone who is will how to develop a legitimate online business opportunity through the affiliate marketing education program.  Basically, the program takes you from knowing nothing (if you are totally new), all the way to building and maintaining your own websites and blogs by using a 12 week action plan.  There are also tons of tutorials on many different topics.  For those of you that have been around affiliate marketing for awhile, you will be able to fine tune your skills. 

The forum is also a great place to network with other affiliate marketers and share ideas.  Additionally, the forum is private, so we don't have to worry about spam postings or any ole' average Joe walking in (or surfing in) off the street!  By visiting the Wealthy Affiliate home page, you will find a ton of information about the program, as well as be able to sign up for a free internet marketing guide.

Ok, back to the price increase for this online internet business opportunity.   I am not a liberty to say how much the program is going up, but I will tell you this much:  IT IS GOING TO BE A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE!

BUT I DO HAVE SOME GOOD NEWS!  If you join Wealthy Affiliate before June 7th you will be grandfathered in at the $39 month/$359 year price.  You will be able to keep this pricing plan for this online internet business opportunity.  If you don't join by then, and decide to join later, you will have to pay more.  :-(

Affiliate Marketing Education: 3 Must Know Tips for Choosing Affiliate Marketing Education

Affiliate marketing education is vital if you are going to do well working as an internet marketer.  I have found that out that anything I do is going to require some sort of education.  If I was going to drive somewhere I have never been before, I would need a map.  This post is going to concentrate on what to look for not just when seeking affiliate marketing education, but any type of information on the net.  I would like to look at 3 points which I consider key to doing research on companies. 

 1.  Use the most accessible tool you have available to do research:  THE INTERNET!  Sorry if I seem like I am shouting, but many people forget this is a great tool for locating information on affiliate marketing education programs.  Here are a few things to look for before signing up for a company's programs:

• First, if you see a company that says anything about making a million your first week, or there are pictures of houses, cars, boats, stacks of money, etc. on the main page: Run! 
• If the company you are looking at passes that little acid test, then go to your favorite search engine and type in keywords like: "company name scam", "company name review", "is company a scam". You get the idea. Furthermore, read what people have to say about the company. 
• Visit blogs and forums and search to see what people are saying about affiliate marketing education. A lot of times, you will see people have asked the same questions, and have gotten numerous answers. 
• Post questions yourself! This is a great way to get answers to exactly what you are looking for. Doing these things will develop a pattern of general consensus of the site.

2.  Another important thing you should do is be aware of the company's terms and policies before you commit to anything.  Some companies have hidden fees or minimal months you must be signed up when you initially try them out.  This is one case where reading the small print is definitely to your advantage with affiliate marketing education.

3.  What does the company offer you?  Does it seem to be good quality training and support?  Read all information regarding affiliate marketing education you are presented on the pages, as well as sign up for an free newsletters, etc.  Ask any doctor and lawyer when they chose a school, if they didn't do a lot of research before making a decision.  You should do the same for affiliate marketing.

Once again, and I can't stress this enough: READ CAREFULLY! Ask yourself this question as your reading: Does this company seem to care about what you can do for them, or what they can do for you? If the company wants to teach you, wants you to succeed, and makes everything about you, chances are it's a good company to associate with.

Why an Internet Business Guide is Important-A Great Internet Business Guide for Beginners

An internet business guide is essential to anyone who is wanting to use the internet to make money online and be successful.  Now in my mind success is not measured just by how much money I have in the bank, but I also measure it by how many new things I am able to learn and apply.

Let's take a look at this example.  You are about to embark upon the vacation of your dreams.  You have decided you want to take a cross country trip and you want to be able to hit all of the sites and scenes along the way.  You have your luggage packed, reservations made, and all your business in order.  But there is one thing that you don't have:  a map! One Week Marketing, in my opinion, is a legitimate online business opportunity.  To be more specific, this program will teach you how to use all free methods in order to make money online.  This ebook was written by Jennifer Ledbetter, and is well assembled, and can teach anyone who wants to do internet marketing how to put together all of the pieces of the puzzle.

For me, the answer is no. Wealthy Affiliate is a company that I can say I am proud to be a member of. It is a legitimate online business opportunity. For you, I suggest visiting the site, signing up for the newsletter, and making your own decision about whether or not Wealthy Affiliate is a scam.
